Samsara to Epicor BisTrack Integration Service

A Cloud service integrating Samara GPS Events and Vehicle location with your Epicor BisTrack ERP software.

Your Samara GPS equipped vehicles will automatically start and finish your Journeys within BisTrack when they exit or enter a virtual fence you define on a map surrounding your property. The service is cloud based so there is nothing to install and it works with Epicor hosted or Self-hosted BisTrack environments.

Samsara GPS Event integration allows Epicor BisTrack to automatically trigger Journey starts and stops while also capturing vehicle odometer mileage at the time of the event. Automating processing of your BisTrack Journeys increases the accuracy of your data and ensures your dispatch workflow runs smoothly.  

Why do I need this service?

BisTrack supports integrations with a number of Telemetry providers out-of-the-box. Samsara is currently not a supported integration partner. This Cloud service bridges the gap between your Samsara GeoFence Events and your BisTrack environment.

How it Works

When a vehicle equipped with a GPS enters or exits a geofence, an event is triggered in the Samsara environment. The Samsara event is sent to our cloud service via secure methods, enhanced with the vehicle odometer reading and translated for BisTrack. The message is then passed along to your BisTrack environment to trigger appropriate processing of your Journey.
